These terms govern your use of LocalRank Genius, operated by LocalRank Genius Inc., 100 Market Street, San Francisco, CA.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure. One account may not be shared across organisations.

Acceptable use

You may only audit websites you own or are authorised to analyse. Attempting to overload the crawler, bypass plan quotas, or access another customer's data is prohibited.

Plans and quotas

Business and audit limits are enforced server-side per plan. Upgrading raises limits immediately; downgrading applies at the end of the current period.

Refunds

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. If the service was unusable due to a fault on our side, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that period.

No ranking guarantee

Scores and recommendations are informational and do not guarantee any search, map or AI assistant placement. The GEO Visibility Score measures on-site readiness only.

Liability and changes

The service is provided as is, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We may update these terms and will publish the effective date of any change on this page.
