Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan covers one business and a full audit with a basic report.
How do audit quotas work?
Quotas are enforced server-side on every audit request and reset monthly with your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Cancel any time and keep access until the period ends. If the service was unusable due to a fault on our side, contact us within 14 days for a refund of that period.
Billing is not enabled yet. Plan selections are carried into signup, and paid checkout will activate only when configured.
